This is a generic form used for all custom Pawthena Studio products, so please make sure you follow the customisation instructions provided in the description of the product you purchased. Depending on your order, this may include photos, names, text, dates, font choices or other custom details needed for your design.
If you’ve purchased multiple custom Pawthena Studio products, please submit a separate form for each item ordered so we can ensure every design receives the love and attention it deserves.
Don’t see the font you’d like listed on the product page? Let us know your preferred font in the form and we’ll happily check whether it’s available for your design.
Please ensure all required photos and customisation details have been uploaded before submitting your form, as missing information may delay your order.
Every Pawthena Studio creation is lovingly designed and crafted with care, inspired by the dogs who mean the world to us. We can’t wait to create something truly special for you and your pup.
A Few Important Things Before You Submit
To help us create the best possible design, please upload the clearest photo you have available. Don’t worry, it doesn’t need to be a professional photoshoot! Most phone photos work wonderfully. Clear, well lit images where your pet is easy to see usually produce the best results. Photos that are very blurry, heavily filtered, extremely dark or taken from far away may affect the final design.
Please double check all names, dates, wording and customisation details before submitting your form. Whatever you enter is exactly what we’ll use on your design. For example, if you’d like a name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, please enter it in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. If you’d like specific punctuation, spacing or wording, please make sure it is entered exactly as you’d like it to appear on your finished product.
Once we’ve prepared your design on our computer using your chosen photo, shape, customisation details and font selections, we’ll send you a preview to make sure you’re happy with how everything looks before we begin creating your product.
This preview is provided so you can check that we’ve used the correct photo, spelling, wording and customisation details. We kindly ask that all information is submitted exactly as you’d like it to appear on your finished product.
The sooner you confirm your preview, the sooner we can begin creating your order. Delays in responding to approval requests may result in delays to production and dispatch.
We currently aim to create all Pawthena Studio products within 2–4 working days from receiving your completed customisation form and final design approval.
