Good news! We do accept returns, because we want every pup (and their hooman!) to be tail waggingly happy with their Pawthena goodies!
All edible products are unfortunately non-returnable this includes treats, chews, suppliments and anything munchable.
We want every edible goodie to arrive fresh, safe and perfect for your pup. For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on edible goodies. We want every edible goodie to be perfect for your furry friend!
Personalised Pawthena Studio Products
All personalised products created by Pawthena Studio are made especially for you and your pup. Because these items are custom-made to your specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.
Please double check all personalisation details, spelling, sizing and customisation options before completing your purchase and filling out the customisation form, as we are unable to make changes or offer refunds once production has begun.
This policy also applies if a personalised order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, failure to collect the parcel, refusal to pay customs charges, or any other reason outside of our control. If a returned parcel requires additional postage to be resent and payment is not received, or we do not receive a response within the timeframe provided, the order may be considered abandoned. As personalised products cannot be resold, repurposed or restocked, no refund, exchange, cancellation or store credit will be issued.
Before you fetch a return:
Any items you send back must be returned within 14 days and in perfect, brand new condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are squeaky clean and untouched, we love curious pups, but we also love pawsome presentation! All returns and cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

If your order comes back to us for reasons like:
• Refused package
• Uncollected package
• Missed delivery
• Incorrect address
• Refusal to pay customs fees
• Unauthorised return
…we’ll contact you and ask for postage repayment so your goodies can come back home to you. If postage isn’t repaid or you don’t bark back to us within 3 days, we might have to say goodbye to your order. In that case, we’ll refund what we can, minus postage and cancellation fees.
