Good news! We do accept returns, because we want every pup (and their hooman!) to be tail waggingly happy with their Pawthena goodies!
All edible products are unfortunately non-returnable this includes treats, chews, suppliments and anything munchable.
We want every edible goodie to arrive fresh, safe and perfect for your pup. For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on edible goodies. We want every edible goodie to be perfect for your furry friend!
Before you fetch a return:
Any items you send back must be returned within 14 days and in perfect, brand new condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are squeaky clean and untouched, we love curious pups, but we also love pawsome presentation!
How to make a return
If you want to return a toy or other non-edible product, fill out the returns form.
Heads up tail alert
If your order comes back to us for reasons like:
• Refused package
• Uncollected package
• Missed delivery
• Incorrect address
• Refusal to pay customs fees
• Unauthorised return
…we’ll contact you and ask for postage repayment so your goodies can come back home to you. If postage isn’t repaid or you don’t bark back to us within 3 days, we might have to say goodbye to your order. In that case, we’ll refund what we can, minus postage and cancellation fees.
