Thank you for choosing Pawthena Studio!
We’re so excited to create your personalised crate sign! Please complete the form below with the customisation details needed for your order.
This form covers all our crate sign designs. Simply complete the sections relevant to your design and leave anything that doesn’t apply blank.
If you’ve ordered more than 1 personalised crate sign, please submit a separate form for each one. This helps us make sure each treat jar is designed and made correctly.
Don’t see the font you’d like listed on the product page? Write the font name in the box and we’ll happily check whether it’s available for your design.
Every Pawthena Studio creation is lovingly designed and made, inspired by the dogs who mean the world to us. We can’t wait to create something special for you and your pet.
A Few Important Things Before You Submit
Paint Colour
For painted products: Some designs include a choice of paint colour, while others are supplied in a standard (Colour listed in description), choosing a colour is an optional upgrade. If a colour choice applies to your order, please enter your chosen paint colour number in the relevant field below. You’ll find our full colour chart at the end of the product listing photos.
Names & Wording
Please double check all names, dates, wording and other personalised details before submitting. We’ll use the information exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. For example, if you’d like a name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, please enter it in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
Production Turnaround Time
Our current production turnaround time is approximately 2–5 working days from receiving all the customisation details required for your order. For designs featuring a drawn pet portrait, this timeframe begins once your mock up has been approved.
During particularly busy periods or when we’re experiencing a higher than usual volume of Pawthena Studio orders, our production turnaround time may increase to approximately 5–10 working days.
We’ll always do our best to create and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Please note that our production turnaround time is the time needed to create your order and does not include delivery time.
