This form covers all of our keyring designs and styles, so you may see some options that don’t apply to the keyring you’ve purchased. Simply complete the sections relevant to your design and leave anything that doesn’t apply blank.
If you’ve ordered more than 1 personalised keyring, please submit a separate form for each one. This helps us make sure each keyring is designed and made correctly.

Every Pawthena Studio creation is lovingly designed and made, inspired by the dogs who mean the world to us. We can’t wait to create something special for you and your pet.
A Few Important Things Before You Submit
Photos
Please upload a clear, well lit photo that isn’t blurry or heavily filtered. It doesn’t need to be a professional photo, most phone photos work wonderfully. Your uploaded photo will be used as a reference for us to draw your pet’s portrait.
Paint Colour
For painted products: Some designs include a choice of paint colour, while others are supplied in a standard colour (Colour listed in description), choosing a colour is an optional upgrade. If a colour choice applies to your order, please enter your chosen paint colour number in the relevant field below. You’ll find our full colour chart at the end of the product listing photos.
Names & Wording
Please double check all names, dates, wording and other personalised details before submitting. We’ll use the information exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. For example, if you’d like a name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, please enter it in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
Portrait Mock Ups
If your keyring includes a drawn pet portrait, we’ll send you a mock up of your design for approval before we begin making your keyring.
Please check your mock up carefully to make sure you’re happy with your pet’s portrait. Once approved, we’ll begin making your order.
The sooner you approve your mock up, the sooner we can get started. Delays in receiving approval may result in delays to production and dispatch.
Keyrings that do not include a drawn pet portrait will not receive a mock up and will be made using the customisation details submitted in this form.
Production Turnaround Time
Our current production turnaround time is approximately 2–5 working days from receiving all the customisation details required for your order. For designs featuring a drawn pet portrait, this timeframe begins once your mock up has been approved.
During particularly busy periods or when we’re experiencing a higher than usual volume of Pawthena Studio orders, our production turnaround time may increase to approximately 5–10 working days.
We’ll always do our best to create and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Please note that our production turnaround time is the time needed to create your order and does not include delivery time.
